New Gauge Initiative is a non-profit organization in Washington, DC, founded to facilitate independent research for the liberalization of Ukrzaliznytsia and to provide a platform and business association for American businesses to participate in the rebuilding and modernization of Ukraine’s rail infrastructure and rolling stock. New Gauge partners with the Association of Railway Carriers of Ukraine (UAP), participating in the Committee for the Development of Transport Infrastructure within the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
